Acceptance
By accessing or using the WP Atölye website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, as described below.
Accounts
Demos, screenshots, documentation and changelogs are public. To download the final tested theme ZIP, you create a free account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
License
Our themes are released under the GPL-2.0-or-later license. You may use, modify and redistribute them in accordance with that license, including on commercial sites. Bundled third-party assets may carry their own licenses, noted in each theme's resources file. See our license policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, no automated scraping that degrades performance, no redistribution of our content in a way that misrepresents its origin, and no unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Themes provided "as is"
Our themes and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the themes will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Atölye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the themes or the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts located in Turkey, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
